This privately owned holiday villa is situated in the pristine Pinnacle Point Golf Estate. It is a self catering duplex unit with breath taking views. The Golf Villa has been tastefully decorated to follow the Pinnacle Point Golf Estate's high standards. In the terraced grounds, in front of the Villa, there is a small pool with spacious deck chairs for sunbathing. The ground floor is open plan and comprises of a comfortably sized fully equipped kitchen, a dining and lounge area leading onto a covered patio with braai facilities. The master bedroom is spacious, has a TV, loads of cupboard space and an en-suite bathroom that includes shower, bath and basin with granite top. This room has spectacular sea views and leads onto the covered patio. The second floor is ideal for children or guests as it is private and equally as spacious with ample cupboard space and breath taking sea views. This bedroom has two single beds and the en-suite bathroom has a shower, bath and basin with granite top. Maximum occupancy is for 4 persons. The Pinnacle Point Golf Estate is a secure venue and a short drive into Mossel Bay town where self catering supplies are readily available. Pinnacle Point Golf Estate is listed as one of the top 10 golf courses in South Africa. The estate offers a wide variety of activities for both friends and families providing the perfect breakaway. Keep the kids busy with an abundance of activities while you enjoy a hike or the spa treatments available on site. Each self catering apartment can accommodate 4 adults comfortably in two rooms. Apartment 31 has full sea view while apartment 79 has partial sea view and garden view. The apartments are fully furnished with a kitchen, dining room and lounge area. All units have access to beautifully landscaped communal gardens as well as a swimming pool which provide the perfect relief after a round of golf, or from the spectacular African Sun. The apartments are about a 5 minutes' walk to the Garden Route Casino and about a 10-minute walk to the lovely restaurant and spa facilities in the heart of the Pinnacle Point Golf estate. Pinnacle Point Estate boasts two magnificent beaches: One at Oyster Bay and the other at Eden Bay. These beaches are better suited to sunbathers however swimming is possible at one of the beaches. Pinnacle Point Estate is a short drive to downtown Mossel Bay, where you can pick up self catering supplies, or enjoy the many sights that Mossel Bay has to offer.

The property (you) must offer the 15% saving to all verified members
Verification is done automatically at the time of an enquiry. It is at the property’s discretion whether to offer the saving for a telephonic enquiry. (As you have no means to verify the membership number, it is advisable to get them to do a formal enquiry so they can be verified).
If the property is currently running a "Special" greater than 15% then the "Special" price will apply. (No further savings needs to be offered). EXCEPT in the case where the "Special" is lower than 15%. In that case the 15% will apply.
Example: A property offering a 10% discount, must offer an additional 5% discount to valid members - so they get a total 15% saving.
The property must offer valid members the saving all year round. (Properties that pick and chose in which seasons to participate run the risk of being removed from the programme completely. Allowing selective participation defeats the integrity of this initiative).
The property must not inflate the price before the 15% is applied. Prices displayed should be the rack rate. (The official or advertised price of a room).
The property must honour any bookings made while the property was participating as a $elect Stays property.
The property must honour the agreement and the spirit in which the initiative is designed to benefit local tourism.
