Chalet 10 - Meerensee

Chalet 10, Meerensee is a self catering chalet in Fisherhaven, Hermanus area on the Overberg / Whale Coast. Our self catering holiday home is about an hour's drive away from Cape Town International Airport and 6km outside Hermanus on the R43. It is situated within the beautiful Botriver Nature Reserve and is part of a gated, access controlled complex. The private, gated Meerensee estate offers excellent security, especially for a family with kids, and visitors can also enjoy the large swimming pool, children's pool, play area and two tennis courts at the clubhouse. The chalet is very close to the lagoon and access to the Meerensee beach is via a wooden footbridge. The bird life around the lagoon is abundant, including flamingos, pelicans, oystercatchers and terns, so don't forgot your binoculars! A herd of about 26 wild horses can regularly be seen free roaming around the lagoon. The lagoon is also great for small boat sailing, wind surfing and kite boarding. Accommodation comprises of three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a spacious living / dining / kitchen area. Surrounding area: Hermanus is only 6kms from Fisherhaven and is considered a great destination with wonderful restaurants, a market place, interesting shops, fantastic coastal walks and even a Whale Festival in September! Visitors have seen the Southern Right whales as well as dolphins close to the beach at Meerensee.

The property (you) must offer the 15% saving to all verified members
Verification is done automatically at the time of an enquiry. It is at the property’s discretion whether to offer the saving for a telephonic enquiry. (As you have no means to verify the membership number, it is advisable to get them to do a formal enquiry so they can be verified).
If the property is currently running a "Special" greater than 15% then the "Special" price will apply. (No further savings needs to be offered). EXCEPT in the case where the "Special" is lower than 15%. In that case the 15% will apply.
Example: A property offering a 10% discount, must offer an additional 5% discount to valid members - so they get a total 15% saving.
The property must offer valid members the saving all year round. (Properties that pick and chose in which seasons to participate run the risk of being removed from the programme completely. Allowing selective participation defeats the integrity of this initiative).
