It is an easy ten minute drive to the popular beaches of Cape Town like Camps Bay and Clifton. Cape Town International Airport is a thirty minute drive away and easily accessible from the N2. The suburb of Gardens lies within Cape Town's city bowl, below Vredehoek and Oranjezicht and it is popular to live here because you are so close to everything. The property (you) must offer the 15% saving to all verified members
Verification is done automatically at the time of an enquiry. It is at the property’s discretion whether to offer the saving for a telephonic enquiry. (As you have no means to verify the membership number, it is advisable to get them to do a formal enquiry so they can be verified).
If the property is currently running a "Special" greater than 15% then the "Special" price will apply. (No further savings needs to be offered). EXCEPT in the case where the "Special" is lower than 15%. In that case the 15% will apply.
