Burgherspost and Cloof Wine Estates are nestled into the Darling Wine route at the foot of the picturesque Dassenberg Granite mountain. Our designer, self-catering chalets are equipped with: Air-conditioning (remote controlled for both living room and bedroom), Wi-Fi Internet access (free broadband!), King sized bed with top-quality white linen, En-suite bathroom, Fully equipped kitchen (full stove, microwave, kettle, cutlery, plates etc.) Braai facilities with complimentary wood. The lounge leads out onto a patio which has stunning views over dams, vineyards and mountains and amazing star gazing in summer. Our private 1200ha flower reserve boasts nearly 50 rare or endangered bulb species, some of which occur nowhere else in the entire world. Join us for a unique, complimentary Fynbos flower drive where you can also see game such as zebra, gemsbok and eland as well as an amazing variety of birds. Come and taste some wine at our cellar and learn how it's made if you join our complimentary cellar tour at Cloof, just down the road. To round it all off, we will also leave you two bottles of complimentary wine to enjoy.

Darling

Darling is a little village about 75 km north of Cape Town and a perfect weekend getaway town as a result. Darling lies within the Cape West Coast Biosphere reserve and is synonymous with the annual wild flowers that turn the surrounding countryside into a rich tapestry of colour during spring of every year. Darling has hosted a flower show every year since 1917. The streets are lined with lovingly restored Victorian homes and old trees and a number of artists have settled here.

The property (you) must offer the 15% saving to all verified members
Verification is done automatically at the time of an enquiry. It is at the property’s discretion whether to offer the saving for a telephonic enquiry. (As you have no means to verify the membership number, it is advisable to get them to do a formal enquiry so they can be verified).
If the property is currently running a "Special" greater than 15% then the "Special" price will apply. (No further savings needs to be offered). EXCEPT in the case where the "Special" is lower than 15%. In that case the 15% will apply.
