Ascot Gardens provides an array of self catering accommodation in Bergvliet, Cape Town. Bergvliet is a quiet, safe leafy suburb in the Constantia Valley, only 16 kms from Cape Town Centre and the V&A Waterfront, and is perfectly positioned in the centre of the Cape Peninsula and within 5 minutes drive of the oldest wine farm in South Africa, Groot Constantia Wine Estate. All our fully equipped self catering suites, are situated in a beautiful 1 acre garden that has been featured on BBC TVs Gardeners World program. Our accommodation consists of 3 private self catering units (Mountain sleeps 2/3 / African sleeps 4/5/6 and Fountain sleeps 2/3/4/5) and are ideal for holidays, business, wedding guests, sport groups, family celebrations and visiting friends or relatives. The suites can be booked individually or combined for larger families or occupy an entire house sleeping up to 14 persons, if required. All apartments are fully furnished with either bath or shower en suite and equipped with stove or hot plate, microwave, fridge, pots, kettle, toaster, pans, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils, cutlery, kitchen towels, bedding, bath towels (not swimming towels), iron and ironing board. The apartments have ceiling fans in all bedrooms and lounges. Wall panel heaters. The Airport, V&A Waterfront, Cape Town City Centre and Table Mountain are 20 minutes drive away and the 7 Constantia Wine farms, including Groot Constantia, only 5 minutes away. Within walking distance is a train station, bus stop, shopping centre - perfect for self catering supplies and 6 excellent local restaurants, churches and 2 tennis and bowls clubs.

The property (you) must offer the 15% saving to all verified members
Verification is done automatically at the time of an enquiry. It is at the property’s discretion whether to offer the saving for a telephonic enquiry. (As you have no means to verify the membership number, it is advisable to get them to do a formal enquiry so they can be verified).
If the property is currently running a "Special" greater than 15% then the "Special" price will apply. (No further savings needs to be offered). EXCEPT in the case where the "Special" is lower than 15%. In that case the 15% will apply.
Example: A property offering a 10% discount, must offer an additional 5% discount to valid members - so they get a total 15% saving.
