Wisteria Suite (original Mayfield Cottage)

This 2 roomed suite has a bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed which has crisp, cool, cotton sheets in the summer months and a down duvet to snuggle under during the winter.
Leading off the bedroom is a lounge with a couch and 2 armchairs and a small dining room table and chairs.
The north facing sunny lounge has French doors which open on to a shaded patio overlooking the garden.
There is a single bed in the lounge which would suit an extra family member at an extra cost.

Pin Oak Suite

This very spacious open plan unit has a king-size bed with a twin option.
A small dining room table with chairs.
A comfortable couch.
A well-equipped kitchenette.
French doors which open on to a small patio.

The property (you) must offer the 15% saving to all verified members
Verification is done automatically at the time of an enquiry. It is at the property’s discretion whether to offer the saving for a telephonic enquiry. (As you have no means to verify the membership number, it is advisable to get them to do a formal enquiry so they can be verified).
If the property is currently running a "Special" greater than 15% then the "Special" price will apply. (No further savings needs to be offered). EXCEPT in the case where the "Special" is lower than 15%. In that case the 15% will apply.
Example: A property offering a 10% discount, must offer an additional 5% discount to valid members - so they get a total 15% saving.
