The 2 penthouses are situated in the centre of Franschhoek at The Yard, an upmarket piazza surrounded by gently-flowing waterways offering the best location.
The penthouses are uniquely decorated in a Colonial- African style, stylish and comfortable haven for your stay.
Both are fully equipped for self-catering with secure off-street parking with local supermarkets nearby.
In summer, have a leisurely breakfast, before taking a stroll through the village. The penthouses are air-conditioned.

A cosy, uniquely decorated apartment, popular with couples. It has a Queen bed and the lounge opens onto a wooden balcony. The open plan kitchen area opens onto a patio with barbeque facility. Penthouse 1 is very popular as a romantic getaway. The balcony from the lounge overlooks the courtyard surrounded by art galleries and Roca Tapas Bar (note this could have live music). The bathroom offers a very spacious shower, a toilet and double vanities. Fully equipped kitchen.

Terms & Conditions
- The property (you) must offer the 15% saving to all verified members
- Verification is done automatically at the time of an enquiry. It is at the property’s discretion whether to offer the saving for a telephonic enquiry. (As you have no means to verify the membership number, it is advisable to get them to do a formal enquiry so they can be verified).

- The property must honour the agreement and the spirit in which the initiative is designed to benefit local tourism.
