Situated in a secure and safe neighbourhood on the border of Constantia and Plumstead, Cape Town, Kaya La Provence offers a warm and relaxed atmosphere with a beautiful Self Catering Cottage. Experience outdoor living with a communal swimming pool, outdoor Jacuzzi and sun deck nestled in a beautiful tranquil garden.

The cottage offers two bedrooms, lounge/dining room, kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, courtyard, private patio with braai facilities and breakfast nook. The main bedroom has an x length queen bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, basin and toilet. The second bedroom has a three quarter bed. The family bathroom is equipped with bath, shower, basin and toilet and is wheelchair friendly. Free Wi-Fi and full Dstv. Secure off-street parking.

Take note that when a reservation is made for 1 person only, the second bedroom and family bathroom will not be included in the package and will be secured off. Minimum stay in the cottage is 2 nights.

Kaya La Provence is within 1.7 km from the well- known Constantia Village shopping mall and also near to fine dining restaurants, exciting farm stalls, coffee shops, pubs and the Constantiaberg Medi Clinic. A small shopping centre with a well- stocked Pick n Pay, PNA stationary, dry cleaners, take away food stalls and dvd/video shop is a five minute walk from Kaya La Provence. The Constantia Wine Route is a stone’s throw away. A scenic drive to all Peninsula and Atlantic beaches (15-20 km), hiking trails at Tokai Forest, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, Baxter Theatre and the Maynardville Open Air Theatre.

The Plumstead train station is a brisk 10 minute walk from Kaya La Provence for easy visiting Cape Town City Centre and also provides a beautiful ride to Muizenberg, Kalkbay and Simons Town. Easy access to all main routes and Cape Town Airport a mere 24 km away.

The property (you) must offer the 15% saving to all verified members
Verification is done automatically at the time of an enquiry. It is at the property’s discretion whether to offer the saving for a telephonic enquiry. (As you have no means to verify the membership number, it is advisable to get them to do a formal enquiry so they can be verified).
If the property is currently running a "Special" greater than 15% then the "Special" price will apply. (No further savings needs to be offered). EXCEPT in the case where the "Special" is lower than 15%. In that case the 15% will apply.
Example: A property offering a 10% discount, must offer an additional 5% discount to valid members - so they get a total 15% saving.
The property must offer valid members the saving all year round. (Properties that pick and chose in which seasons to participate run the risk of being removed from the programme completely. Allowing selective participation defeats the integrity of this initiative).
