This self-catering beachfront property offers access to a balcony, free private basement parking and free uncapped Wi-Fi. The property is located within 15 km from a number of golf clubs including Oubaai, George Golf Club and Fancourt.
The spacious apartment has 3 bedrooms of which 2 have en-suite bathrooms. There is also a separate bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second and third bedroom each have 2 single beds.
The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery as well as an ice machine. The lounge/living area has comfortable couches, dining table and a TV with DStv/Netflix. There is also an inverter that keeps the TV, WiFi and certain lights on during load shedding.
The patio has an 8-seater dining table with comfortable seating and a braai area where guests can sit and relax while listening to the waves crash against the rocks. A Weber braai is also available.
Dutton’s Cove restaurant is 2 km away but for those times when you'd rather not dine out, you can choose to cook on the barbecue or fully-equipped kitchen. The area is popular for cycling and hiking with a stunning beach. Car hire is available at the airport (10 km away). Guests can enjoy themselves at the outdoor fireplace after a day of cycling, swimming or hiking.
Botlierskop Private Game Reserve is 40 km from SeeVier 1, while Lakes Area National Park is 43 km from the property. The nearest airport is George Airport, 10 km from Herold’s Bay SeeVier 1.

Terms & Conditions
- The property (you) must offer the 15% saving to all verified members
- Verification is done automatically at the time of an enquiry. It is at the property’s discretion whether to offer the saving for a telephonic enquiry. (As you have no means to verify the membership number, it is advisable to get them to do a formal enquiry so they can be verified).
- If the property is currently running a "Special" greater than 15% then the "Special" price will apply. (No further savings needs to be offered). EXCEPT in the case where the "Special" is lower than 15%. In that case the 15% will apply.

(Properties that pick and chose in which seasons to participate run the risk of being removed from the programme completely. Allowing selective participation defeats the integrity of this initiative).
- The property must not inflate the price before the 15% is applied. Prices displayed should be the rack rate. (The official or advertised price of a room).
- The property must honour any bookings made while the property was participating as a $elect Stays property.
- The property must honour the agreement and the spirit in which the initiative is designed to benefit local tourism.
