Our recently renovated, stylish self-catering flat (±80 m²) offers the ideal blend of comfort, luxury, and convenience and can host four guests. It is located on the first floor of Rendezvous Centre (stairs and no lift).
Flat features:
- Quality finishes throughout and attention to detail to make you feel right at home!
- Bedrooms: Two elegant and comfortable bedrooms. One with a Queen size bed and one with two single beds, both boasting quality bed linen and ample cupboard space. Main bedroom has a dressing table with a big mirror.
- Bathroom: One full bathroom offers the option of a freestanding bath or a refreshing shower. Bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach/swimming towels.
- Open-Plan Kitchen: This fully equipped kitchen offers modern appliances and all the essentials to prepare delicious meals and snacks - from an electric glass top stove to a microwave oven right down to an air fryer! Also equipped with a combo fridge/freezer and a dishwasher for added convenience! A multifunctional breakfast nook with additional seating for leisurely breakfasts or to be used as a productive workspace.
- Comfy Living Areas: A stylish lounge, perfect for unwinding, is fitted with a flatscreen TV, with Netflix, and quality leather furniture. A four-seater round table in the dining area is perfect for gathering everyone together, whether for a mealtime or engaging in board games, card games and puzzles.
- Free Wi-Fi: To stay connected with high-speed internet throughout your stay.
Entertainment & Outdoor Living:
- Indoor Braai Area: Enjoy cozy indoor barbecues in the dedicated braai area, perfect for any weather.

Terms & Conditions
- The property (you) must offer the 15% saving to all verified members
- Verification is done automatically at the time of an enquiry. It is at the property’s discretion whether to offer the saving for a telephonic enquiry. (As you have no means to verify the membership number, it is advisable to get them to do a formal enquiry so they can be verified).
- If the property is currently running a "Special" greater than 15% then the "Special" price will apply. (No further savings needs to be offered). EXCEPT in the case where the "Special" is lower than 15%. In that case the 15% will apply.
Example: A property offering a 10% discount, must offer an additional 5% discount to valid members - so they get a total 15% saving. - The property must offer valid members the saving all year round. (Properties that pick and chose in which seasons to participate run the risk of being removed from the programme completely. Allowing selective participation defeats the integrity of this initiative).
- The property must not inflate the price before the 15% is applied. Prices displayed should be the rack rate. (The official or advertised price of a room).
- The property must honour any bookings made while the property was participating as a $elect Stays property.
- The property must honour the agreement and the spirit in which the initiative is designed to benefit local tourism.
