This apartment is located across the road from the beach in Beach Road. From it's seaview balcony you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets over False Bay with a backdrop of Table Mountain and Cape Point. Room with balconies. From these balconies you can enjoy panoramic views of the Hottentots- and Helderberg Mountain range. Guests can enjoy the swimming pool, sauna, steam room, Jacuzzi, gym and braai-area on premises. Accommodation 40 minutes from City of Cape Town.

Main bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom (sliding door onto balcony). Bedroom with double bed (door onto balcony). Bedroom with two single beds (sliding door onto balcony). Bathroom with shower, toilet and basin. Guest toilet. Well equipped open plan kitchen. Lounge. Dining area. Under roof parking. We supply linen and bath towels. Own beach towels required. Cross the road and you are on the beach. Easy access to all major routes and attractions. 48km from Cape Town (N2) and the V&A Waterfront. Picturesque winelands only minutes away. Airport 20 minutes drive. Close to Somerset Mall (big shopping center). Stellenbosch 10 minutes away. Very good accommodation if you want to visit University of Stellenbosch.

Activities:
Whale watching from June to December; best place to spot them on Clarence Drive, the costal road from Gordon's Bay to Rooi Els. Long stretches of white, sandy beaches and warmer water. Gordon's Bay Harbour. Prime holiday destination for water-sports enthusiasts - surfing, sailing, water-skiing, windsurfing, kite-surfing. Herlderberg Nature Reserve for walks, 169 species of birds recorded, mountain fynbos can be observed. Famous crafts markets close by. Abseiling at Steenbras River Gorge. Vintage train rides. Helderbrau privately owned breweries in the country. 4x4 trails in the Herlderberg. Paragliding. Shark diving. A variety of Golf Courses.

The property (you) must offer the 15% saving to all verified members
Verification is done automatically at the time of an enquiry. It is at the property’s discretion whether to offer the saving for a telephonic enquiry. (As you have no means to verify the membership number, it is advisable to get them to do a formal enquiry so they can be verified).
If the property is currently running a "Special" greater than 15% then the "Special" price will apply. (No further savings needs to be offered). EXCEPT in the case where the "Special" is lower than 15%. In that case the 15% will apply.
Example: A property offering a 10% discount, must offer an additional 5% discount to valid members - so they get a total 15% saving.
The property must offer valid members the saving all year round. (Properties that pick and chose in which seasons to participate run the risk of being removed from the programme completely. Allowing selective participation defeats the integrity of this initiative).
The property must not inflate the price before the 15% is applied. Prices displayed should be the rack rate. (The official or advertised price of a room).
The property must honour any bookings made while the property was participating as a $elect Stays property.

RATES
High season:	2025: R4,500 - R5,300 per night (Jan - April & Dec)
Low season:	R3,500 pernight minimum stay 4 days
Rates are subject to change without prior notice. DEPOSIT 50% of total booking fee required to secure booking, payable within 24hr after booking confirmation CANCELLATION POLICY In the event of cancellation the following will apply: Standard administration fee of 5% of booking amount will be charged for all cancellations. Cancellation 3 months before the stay date: 50% of deposit is refundable. 2 months before the stay date: 20% of deposit is refundable. Less than 2 months before the stay date: 0% of deposit is refundable. If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you have booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded, less the amount for any days that were not booked.
