Operating as a guest house for more than 15 years, Broadway has maintained its reputation for comfort and friendly personal service.
Park your car on the premises behind a security gate and come inside with peace of mind. Let our friendly staff book you in and show you your 'home away from home'. We have 10 spacious air-conditioned rooms from which to choose.
This is really a guesthouse for all seasons! The large communal lounge has a fireplace which bids you a warm welcome in winter. What better way to spend a cold wet winter's evening than by sitting in front of the fireplace with a hot drink and a good book? And in summer, the tranquil Cape evenings can be enjoyed outside in the courtyard where braai facilities are available.
Elegantly furnished, each en-suite room celebrates a Broadway star from bygone years. Choose to stay in the Marilyn Monroe Room, or perhaps you would prefer the Elvis Presley Room. Some of the rooms open onto an enclosed courtyard which ensures your privacy while outdoors.
Each room is furnished with a comfortable double bed, a TV and a bar fridge. Some rooms also offer a sleeper couch, should an extra bed be necessary. For your convenience, tea and coffee is available in your room. Before you leave in the morning, enjoy a continental breakfast which is served in the dining room. A laundry service is available on request.
With easy access to the N1 highway, Cape Town, Paarl and the Cape Town International Airport are all within 30 minutes of Broadway. Experience the diversity of one of the most beautiful places in the world. Enjoy the hustle and bustle of the vibrant city of Cape Town with the Waterfront and Table Mountain being great tourist attractions. The popular Atlantic beaches of Clifton, Camps Bay and Blouberg are amongst the most spectacular in the world.
Or go in the opposite direction, to the winelands of Stellenbosch and Paarl. Steeped in history, these towns offer more than just the elegant wine farms. Museums and local restaurants are also worth visiting. Enjoy the African experience with township tours of Khayalitcha or Nyanga. Century City and Tygervalley Mall are like heaven to shoppers. If you love the outdoors, the nearby Tygerberg Nature Reserve offers walks with wonderful views. Broadway is also ideally situated for access to the major universities and colleges in the area, as well as the large hospitals in the northern suburbs.

Terms & Conditions
- The property (you) must offer the 15% saving to all verified members
- Verification is done automatically at the time of an enquiry. It is at the property’s discretion whether to offer the saving for a telephonic enquiry. (As you have no means to verify the membership number, it is advisable to get them to do a formal enquiry so they can be verified).
- If the property is currently running a "Special" greater than 15% then the "Special" price will apply. (No further savings needs to be offered). EXCEPT in the case where the "Special" is lower than 15%. In that case the 15% will apply.
Example: A property offering a 10% discount, must offer an additional 5% discount to valid members - so they get a total 15% saving. - The property must offer valid members the saving all year round. (Properties that pick and chose in which seasons to participate run the risk of being removed from the programme completely. Allowing selective participation defeats the integrity of this initiative).
- The property must not inflate the price before the 15% is applied. Prices displayed should be the rack rate. (The official or advertised price of a room).
- The property must honour any bookings made while the property was participating as a $elect Stays property.
- The property must honour the agreement and the spirit in which the initiative is designed to benefit local tourism.
