It is conveniently situated 30 minutes from the Cape Town International Airport and 20 minutes from Cape Town's city centre. The new Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) terminal is less than 1 kilometer away and the bus service runs to the city centre, airport and the V & A waterfront.

Although smoking is not permitted inside the building, there is a designated smoking area at the pool. Secure parking is available on the premises. A continental breakfast is included in the bedroom rates. Juice, coffee, tea, cereals, yoghurt, toasts, muffins, butter and jams are served. The host is fluent in both English and French.
