Aqua Terra is situated in Rocklands Fynbos Estate, Murdock Valley south, Simon's Town. The house is nestled high on the slopes of the mountain side providing a panoramic 180, degree, unobstructed view of the entire False Bay.
Situated in a prime position 5 minutes from the beach, this landmark house overlooks the entire False Bay, a symphony of architecture, glass and modern design Aqua Terra has one of the best possible views the area has to offer.
Generous accommodation, access to open living spaces including designer kitchen, large entertainment area with barbeque facilities, infinity rim-flow pool - combine luxury, unrivalled views with privacy and hospitality.
Whale watching or just simply enjoying the spectacular panoramic views is one of the many highlights when staying at Aqua Terra, where guests can watch these majestic whales within the privacy of their own rooms, or from the spacious patio whilst enjoying a sundowner. Alternatively guests can take a short walk to the Boulders Beach and reserve, where they can share the company of the famous colony, of Jackass Penguins. Cape Point is only some 17km's from Aqua Terra, and 40 minutes from Cape Town's Airport or the V&A waterfront.
The suites are beautifully appointed, each tastefully decorated in a modern yet comfortable design, lavish travertine tiled bathroom, with a deep set bath glass shower. The rooms come standard with comfortable facilities such as Aircon, Satellite TV with DSTV; the housekeeper will gladly assist in serving freshly brewed coffees and teas during the day.

Terms & Conditions
- The property (you) must offer the 15% saving to all verified members
- Verification is done automatically at the time of an enquiry. It is at the property’s discretion whether to offer the saving for a telephonic enquiry. (As you have no means to verify the membership number, it is advisable to get them to do a formal enquiry so they can be verified).
- If the property is currently running a "Special" greater than 15% then the "Special" price will apply. (No further savings needs to be offered). EXCEPT in the case where the "Special" is lower than 15%. In that case the 15% will apply.
Example: A property offering a 10% discount, must offer an additional 5% discount to valid members - so they get a total 15% saving. - The property must offer valid members the saving all year round. (Properties that pick and chose in which seasons to participate run the risk of being removed from the programme completely. Allowing selective participation defeats the integrity of this initiative).
- The property must not inflate the price before the 15% is applied. Prices displayed should be the rack rate. (The official or advertised price of a room).
- The property must honour any bookings made while the property was participating as a $elect Stays property.
- The property must honour the agreement and the spirit in which the initiative is designed to benefit local tourism.
