This Luxury apartment has two bedrooms; one with a luxurious queen size bed and the other with 2 single beds. The bathroom has a bath and no towels are supplied. This self catering unit has a fully equipped and modern open plan kitchen with oven & hob, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, cutlery, crockery and all the necessary electrical appliances. It also has a table with pull out bunks to enjoy meals and play board games. The living room has a 32inch flat screen tv, dstv decoder and dvd/cd player. There is a balcony with a table and chairs overlooking the swimming pool and braai area. (NO sea view) The complex also has a laundry room with coin operated washing machines and tumble driers. The unit has a save covered parking behind safety gates.

The property (you) must offer the 15% saving to all verified members
Verification is done automatically at the time of an enquiry. It is at the property’s discretion whether to offer the saving for a telephonic enquiry. (As you have no means to verify the membership number, it is advisable to get them to do a formal enquiry so they can be verified).
If the property is currently running a "Special" greater than 15% then the "Special" price will apply. (No further savings needs to be offered). EXCEPT in the case where the "Special" is lower than 15%. In that case the 15% will apply.
Example: A property offering a 10% discount, must offer an additional 5% discount to valid members - so they get a total 15% saving.
