The house includes 3 double bedrooms (2 en-suite) and a 4th bedroom with twin beds, all with sea views and ample storage space. Huge open plan living space with bar and lounge area and dining table providing seating for 8 people. Fully equip large kitchen includes double ovens and a separate scullery with a dishwasher and washing machine.
This self-catering house offers the ideal set-up for extended or multi family vacations with all the conveniences of home. Situated in central Mosselbay the patio area overlooks the entire bay area and features screened in areas for windy days. Orientation of this unit has been maximized for indoor-outdoor living. The outdoor area takes full advantage of the views and features a jacuzzi, braai area and plenty outdoor seating.
If travelling with children, the house offers a separate hangout space which is incorporated at the top of the house away from the main living area, with its own DSTV connection. A maid/nanny quarters (with own bathroom) is also situated on the property, separate from the main house. The property offers off street parking for 6 vehicles, with an attached double garage and an additional lock up garage for storage of bicycles, surfboard and/or other sports equipment.

Terms & Conditions
- The property (you) must offer the 15% saving to all verified members
- Verification is done automatically at the time of an enquiry. It is at the property’s discretion whether to offer the saving for a telephonic enquiry. (As you have no means to verify the membership number, it is advisable to get them to do a formal enquiry so they can be verified).
- If the property is currently running a "Special" greater than 15% then the "Special" price will apply. (No further savings needs to be offered). EXCEPT in the case where the "Special" is lower than 15%. In that case the 15% will apply.
Example: A property offering a 10% discount, must offer an additional 5% discount to valid members - so they get a total 15% saving. - The property must offer valid members the saving all year round. (Properties that pick and chose in which seasons to participate run the risk of being removed from the programme completely. Allowing selective participation defeats the integrity of this initiative).
- The property must not inflate the price before the 15% is applied. Prices displayed should be the rack rate. (The official or advertised price of a room).
- The property must honour any bookings made while the property was participating as a $elect Stays property.
- The property must honour the agreement and the spirit in which the initiative is designed to benefit local tourism.
